As Hurricane Irma was approaching, Cobb County schools made the decision to cancel school and all activities Monday and Tuesday during the week of September 11th.

This means Varsity Softball's game against Harrison on Tuesday was canceled and unfortunately, I wasn't able to make the Wednesday rescheduled game.

After Irma passed us by, we were blessed with blue skies for the remainder of the week but continued to keep victims from both Harvey and Irma in our thoughts. Allatoona High School is also pulling together to collect donations through the end of this week for Houston.
